Sharing a Brain with My Mother
I seriously think my mom and I have a fashion-brain connection. I swear this is like the fourth time this month that I went into "our" closet looking for a specific article of clothing only to realize that my mom took it and wore it to work. I adore my mom to death but this has got to stop. Why is it that we want to wear the same exact thing on the same day when we have more clothes than our entire apartment complex combined? There are definite perks on having a mom who's about that same size as you (she's actually smaller), fashionable and happens to work in the fashion industry, and loves clothes almost as much as you do. But I worry- when I go to college, how will we split our clothes? Right now I'm reaping the benefits of getting double the amount of clothing I should but the future seems...well... not so great.

um... tell you what why don't you and your mom just split closets and that will solve everything. or you could just label your clothes?
p.s. i have the same problem with my mom!
p.p.s. i'm just kidding i'm not a cross-dresser
p.p.p.s. seriously.
i have the same problem with my sister (really). we have this tendency to buy clothes together so we can't exactly pinpoint whose clothes are whose. we've already started to claim clothes for when the time comes to split our clothes. i cant imagine how many fights we'll get into over who should get which clothes. at least i get to keep all my bottoms (im two sizes bigger than she is).
derek fights with his bro for jeans :D
shhhhh
Derek does what?
Uh, i can actually fit into some of my sister's clothes. But it's okay, there won't be a sharing problem.
well in the future you wont have the problem of being unable to wear the clothes you want because your mother happens to be wearing them on that particular day. plus sharing isn't always fun.
LOLOLOL hahaahaha
Hmm...We'll see when you're off to college in New York and forced to do your own laundry and share either with the entire dorm several machines or fear to use the machine in your apartment out of respect because you share the machine with your professor neighbor.
